"Success is not measured by what you accomplish but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds."
We started Nutritionize almost 6 months ago and it's amazing to know that what we say and do makes a difference! As we reiterate throughout the blog posts, nutrition is the key to success and it is available to anyone and everyone! We love what we do and it is always inspiring to hear success stories. Here is an email I received the other day.
I've been meaning to write this email FOREVER but just haven't had the opportunity to.
I want to say THANK YOU so much for everything! I think I mentioned to you prior to starting Nutritionize that I lost about 80 or so pounds and hit a plateau for almost a year. Anything I tried, whether it was working out more or cutting down my calorie intake worked for a few weeks and then back to plateau again until I did this program. It was so hard in the beginning and can still be challenging at times but so worth it.
It was really your support and motivation and sharing your own experiences that helped me not give up. Even when I had a rough week and submitted my food log, you found something to be positive about and you are right, this is my lifestyle, I can't be perfect all the time so if I do blow it on a meal, that's okay, just get back to it the next meal. This was really the key for me.
The best part is I can feel the difference in my energy level; I'm not always dragging through the day. I feel that I have more energy in everything I do and I love it!
Just to share with you, I did reach my goal (losing 15lbs) in the 6 weeks and have actually lost a total 20lbs to date. I can't thank you enough for being so supportive and motivating. It is truly appreciated. I tell everyone about this experience (even the sleep challenge) because I know from experience how great you can feel.
Thank you so much!
If you are in a slump, take a moment to evaluate you nutrition lifestyle. The smallest changes can make the biggest difference in how you look, feel, and perform!
What is your Nutritionize success story??? Post to comments….
