NUTRITIONIZE!

It’s not in the dictionary so here’s a quick and dirty definition to help you out.

nutrition (n): -  any substance or matter that, taken into a living organism,serves to sustain it in its existence, promoting growth,replacing loss, and providing energy. - the act or process of nourishing or of being nourished

energize(v): - to give energy to; activate or invigorate:

nutritionize! (v) - to activate your nourishment and change your state of well- being through food, movement, and meditation.

 

Our goal is to empower YOU to make more informed decisions about how and what you eat in order to look, feel, and perform better. How? By prescribing a nutrition program that’s right for you and only you.

Through years of research and education it boils down to one finding- there is NO one size fits all rule when it comes to optimal wellness. A number of factors ranging from what you eat to who you hang out with to your mental health, sleep, hydration, and more play a role in achieving the buns of steel and rock hard abs.

Nutritionize! Approach

We believe that “food is a drug” therefore you must “eat responsibly”. Regardless of what you are “feeding” whether its your body, mind, soul, fitness, etc. it must be responsible. Our overarching prescription focuses on 3 pivotal petals:

Eat. Move. Meditate.  …

Rather than tackling just your food or only physical activity we look at the WHOLE you and everything around you to co-create a wellness program tailored specifically for your body.

The secret to health is embedded in these three simple yet foundational words. Incorporate all three into your daily life and slowly your physical, emotional, and psychological bodies will begin to transform. It really is THAT simple. Nutritionize programs go beyond physical food and focus on integrating mental principles into designing a complete wellness program that works.

Unfortuantely, the body doesn’t come with a manual, and doesn’t do a very good job of telling us what we should eat for optimal health.  However it does a GREAT job making due with whatever we stuff down our throats.  The body is designed to survive, however if you NUTRITIONIZE, you can make it thrive!

The purpose of this blog is show people how to nutritionize – that is, to educate people from every imaginable walk of life on being healthy through food, movement, and meditation.

Our goal is to help you help yourself look better, feel better, and perform better at life.  The basis for what we teach, believe in, and follow is the Nutritionize philosophy.
