		<description><![CDATA[Day 2 down...Julia and I watched an episode of &quot;Cake Boss&quot;.  Not a good thing to do while on Paleo.  She&#039;s already mentioned how hard it is.  I feel good.  I am going to be a good husband and try to keep her going.
Weighed in at 206...down 2 pounds already.
Breakfast was a bacon, mushroom, tomato 3 egg scramble.
Lunch was some lunch meat, pear and nuts.
Dinner was a salad w/ tomato, avacado, sunflower seads, green onion, broccoli, spinach with balsalmic and turkey meat loaf.
Going good.
