Smita, that's actually a good idea!
I have to daughters and I'm always on the go! I work full time, picking up and dropping off the kids to school and to their activities, taking care of my disabled Dad, plus I have an active dog on top of training is tough & time consuming. I usually end up eating Protein Wrap Double Burger no cheese/no spread from In-n-Out Burger or Carl's Jr. Maybe salads from McDonalds. El Pollo Loco Chicken. I do get sick and tired of eating the same stuff.
Any suggestions?

Go Jamie!.....Can I put in a request for a blog? I've been eating out a lot lately due to time constraints. I'm also on the go!Working 3 jobs is getting tough for me on top of training. Can we have a post on some Paleo friendly resturants around the area and some suggestions on what to order? Maybe others can post abour their ideas/suggestions from their experiences? It's hard being Paleo on the go when you can't prepare your food, ahead of time, thanks!

If you feel inspired by Jamie's campaign, he has created an online petition, promoting healthy food for children, that he will present to the White House. You can find the petition here:
